I will talk about the Labgrid-based board farm work we have been building: making hardware setups shared, schedulable, and less painful to use across teams. The main idea is simple: stop turning every hardware test setup into a one-off script pile, and make real boards feel like a normal development resource.

I will also touch on CI/CD, remote access, and what becomes possible when AI-assisted debugging can operate on actual hardware instead of just reading logs from a distance.
